Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Chinese Language Copywriter (TC & SC) to support a financial services client through a rebranding initiative and the development of a structured, scalable content library. This role focuses on delivering clear, compliant, and user‑centric Chinese Language copy across FS touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, regulatory considerations, and customer experience standards.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and evolution of Chinese market financial services content frameworks, including content models, taxonomies, and terminology standards (TC & SC)
  • Write, edit, and optimize high‑quality Chinese language copy for FS products and services (e.g. banking, investments, insurance, wealth, digital finance)
  • Translate complex financial concepts, product features, and regulatory information into clear, customer‑friendly Chinese language
  • Support structured content development for digital platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and scalability across channels
  • Ensure all copy aligns with brand tone and voice while adhering to regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product teams, legal/compliance stakeholders, and client partners
  • Participate in content reviews, stakeholder workshops, and usability evaluations to improve comprehension and trust
  • Maintain linguistic accuracy, financial terminology consistency, and cultural relevance across Traditional and Simplified Chinese language variants
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6–8+ years of professional Chinese language copywriting experience, with a strong focus on financial services or regulated industries
  • Native or near‑native proficiency in Traditional and Simplified Chinese language; strong command of Mandarin financial terminology
  • Proven experience writing customer‑facing FS content such as product pages, onboarding journeys, disclosures, FAQs, and educational materials
  • Strong understanding of Chinese‑market financial user behaviors and expectations (Hong Kong / Mainland China experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk‑sensitive content environments
  • Experience working with CMS platforms or large, structured content ecosystems
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
  • Portfolio demonstrating FS copywriting, content systems thinking, and brand‑aligned messaging
