Salary: AUD 150742 - 171215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work on Murex Product
  • Ability to create interface mapping analysis
  • Ability to develop interface
  • Strong business communication and business interfacing skills
  • Support internal and external stakeholders planning and managing process.

Skills /Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge in Murex Product (configuration and customisation)
  • Working knowledge of Murex package version 3.1 which hands on knowledge of following components:
    • MxML Exchange
      • Data dictionary
      • Confirmation Templates
    • MDRS Rates Import
    • RTBS
    • PreTrade (Booking Sequence and Calculation Templates)
    • Pricing Templates
    • Datamart
    • MxTesting
    • Accounting
  • Other programming skills
    • Perl
    • Database – Sybase and SQL Server
    • Unix Scripting - Ksh/bash
    • Java (Optional)
  • Strong Github Copilot skills to leverage in interface programming
  • Strong Knowledge in Financial Markets
  • Exposure to Financial markets products; FX, Interest Rates, Fixed Income, Commodities
  • Strong exposure to Waterfall and Agile projects
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Good Change management process understanding
  • Familiar to offshore model and execute projects in distributed team working model

Essential :
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred:
  • None

  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Agile methodology
