Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • This position may require travel to Project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience in Design, configure, and support SAP Ariba solutions across Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, and Ariba Network.
  • Gather procurement business requirements and translate them into scalable functional designs, configuration documents, solution specifications, and process flows.
  • Configure sourcing templates, approval workflows, contract workspaces, supplier onboarding, qualification, evaluation, catalog settings, buying channels, and compliance processes.
  • Support end-to-end Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes, including RFx events, auctions, catalogs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier collaboration.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S/4HANA using CIG, APIs, IDocs, cXML, and other middleware touchpoints.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues related to procurement workflows, supplier data, master data sync, catalog content, invoice exceptions, approval workflows, and integration failures.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, legal, finance, supplier management, SAP MM/S/4HANA, and technical stakeholders to ensure business alignment and timely delivery.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training material, process flows, cutover inputs, and support runbooks.
  • Support SIT, UAT, go-live, hyper care, enhancements, defect resolution, RCA, and continuous improvement activities for SAP Ariba procurement processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba functional configuration
  • Expertise in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalogs, and Ariba Network
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, supplier onboarding, and procurement operations
  • Experience with SAP Ariba CIG integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA procurement and finance processes
  • Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, documentation, configuration, and communication skills
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN : $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC : $66,500 to $100,300
