In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience

• Proven experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a SAFe environment, facilitating PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and program-level execution.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment across multiple Agile teams and successful delivery of business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe tools including JIRA, Confluence, Rally, and Azure DevOps, with expertise in program reporting, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe best practices while driving execution, predictability, delivery excellence, and organizational transformation.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) events including PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops, ensuring alignment and execution across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, Architects, Business Owners, and stakeholders to align program execution with strategic roadmaps, priorities, and PI objectives.
• Manage and proactively resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and escalations while ensuring effective collaboration across distributed and global teams.
• Monitor ART health and delivery performance using metrics such as predictability, velocity, PI objectives achievement, and release readiness; drive continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and successful program execution in a SAFe environment.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
