In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience

⦁ Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Oracle OTM Application.
⦁ Knowledge of the Oracle OTM tables and the overall OTM flow.
⦁ Knowledge of PL/SQL.
⦁ Functional knowledge to dig into broken flows/planning issues etc. Also needs architecture knowledge.
⦁ WebLogic/Unix knowledge for server health diagnosis, PLSQL/DB knowledge for debugging contentions and other bottlenecks in database area.
⦁ Experience in Oracle OTM with techno/functional expertise in Oracle OTM flows.
⦁ Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skill and Experience

⦁ Experience with direct client interaction during interactive phases like requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis etc.
⦁ Experience in common integration methodologies.
⦁ Experience in data conversions using import tables.
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
