In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Assist in data analysis and business modelling to support informed decision-making based on domain-specific standards
⦁ Contribute to benchmarking studies by analysing performance data against domain-specific industry standards and identifying improvement opportunities
⦁ Support translating technical details into clear, user-friendly documentation for communication and reporting
⦁ Assist in researching third-party products within the domain, focusing on features, scalability, and conducting preliminary assessments
⦁ Provide support during the implementation of domain-specific systems, assist with configuration, and identify opportunities for enhancements

⦁ Ability to assist in system configurations and troubleshooting within domain-specific workflows

Required Skill and Experience
⦁ Experience in Change & Release Management, including change control, release readiness, production deployments, and risk assessment.
⦁ Experience & hands-on expertise in Jira, ITSM, and Confluence for managing release scope, change records, ticket validation, and compliance requirements.
⦁ Experience & understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience supporting end-to-end delivery processes.
⦁ Experience creating and managing Change Requests (CRQs), including implementation planning, rollback procedures, stakeholder coordination, and approvals.
Preferred Skill and Experience
⦁ Ability to develop and modernize operational tools and automation solutions using Python.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
