In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
⦁ Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
⦁ Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
⦁ Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
⦁ Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

⦁ Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration

⦁ Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance

Required Skill and Experience
• SAP project/program management, with a strong focus on supply chain implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc.).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
• Familiarity with SAP integration, data migration, and system architecture.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and project governance.
• Ability to translate complex SAP and supply chain concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in performance matrix and troubleshooting requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities and decommissioning of systems during the upgrades and Migrations.
• Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes.
• Knowledge of Transport Management concepts and processes.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Delivery Governance & Reporting
• Track project progress, KPIs, and milestone achievements.
• Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and executive summaries to senior leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms for transparent project tracking.
• Drive governance, compliance, and quality standards across the project lifecycle.
Customer Engagement
• Work closely with customer leadership teams to ensure expectation management and satisfaction.
• Support decision-making processes by providing insights and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers during SAP transformation initiatives.
Team Leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Mentor and guide project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
