In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
⦁ Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
⦁ Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
⦁ Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
⦁ Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
⦁ Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

⦁ Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practices
Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in Utilities EAM and/or Field Service Management with deep experience in delivering business transformation, operating model modernization, asset management, vegetation management, and field workforce solutions across Transmission, Distribution, Gas, Water, and Asset Operations organizations.
• Experience with Utility Asset Management (EAM/APM) processes including asset planning, asset lifecycle management, preventive and corrective maintenance, work management, reliability engineering, inspection management, condition-based monitoring, and capital investment planning.
• Experience designing and implementing integrated EAM–FSM operating models that connect planning, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce execution, asset data, and financial systems across Transmission, Distribution, Gas, Water, and Vegetation Management operations.
• Experience and understanding of utility industry work management processes, including work order lifecycle, outage management, switching operations, construction work packages, compliance inspections, emergency restoration, contractor management, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience integrating FSM and EAM platforms with utility enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM/EAM, IBM Maximo, Oracle Utilities, GIS, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, CRM, Workforce Management, and Mobile solutions.
• Expertise in utility asset-intensive business functions including asset maintenance, reliability, vegetation risk management, grid modernization, wildfire mitigation, asset inspections, work execution, and field productivity improvement.
• Experience and understanding of utility regulatory and compliance requirements, including NERC, FERC, OSHA, wildfire mitigation, and utility asset governance frameworks.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience serving as a Utilities EAM and FSM Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic advisory services to utilities on business transformation, operational modernization, and technology roadmaps.
• Experience developing target-state operating models that align Asset Management, Work Management, Field Operations, Vegetation Management, and Customer Operations with enterprise transformation goals.
• Experience leading utility transformation programs involving SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, Oracle Utilities, OverIT, Salesforce FSL, OFS, KloudGin, ServiceNow FSM, or similar asset and field service platforms.
• Experience advising utility executives on workforce transformation, crew productivity, asset reliability, risk-based maintenance, mobile workforce enablement, and operational performance management.
• Experience defining and tracking business value metrics such as SAIDI, SAIFI, asset health, work backlog reduction, schedule compliance, crew utilization, field productivity, vegetation risk reduction, and operating cost optimization.
• Experience driving adoption of AI/GenAI, predictive maintenance, digital twins, computer vision, LiDAR analytics, intelligent scheduling, and advanced workforce optimization capabilities within utility asset and field operations.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Oakland, CA will be Min $120286 to Max $156372
