In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in software development, enhancement, and production support
• Experience in PEGA application development and delivery
• Experience in PEGA PRPC application design, case management, workflows, data transforms, activities, agents, report definitions, integrations, and deployment practices
• Experience leading development teams and delivering user stories within Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery models
• Hands-on experience with PEGA UI modernization and portal development using UI Kit, Theme Cosmos, Constellation, HTML, JavaScript, and custom CSS
• Experience with enterprise integrations including REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, SQL services, BIX, and external APIs
• Experience performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to PEGA guardrails and enterprise standards
• Experience with automated testing, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, regression testing, and release validation
• Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams and multiple delivery workstreams
• PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA)
• PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• PEGA Certified Data Scientist or equivalent PEGA certification
Preferred Skill and Experience
Ability to work in global model
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
