Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated early-career talent to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Entry-Level Recruiter. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interview coordination, stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet talent acquisition goals.

Work location : Richardson, TX. This is an in-person role and candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate to the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
  • Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels
  • Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists; ensure timely scheduling and smooth candidate experience
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Support hiring initiatives including career events, group discussions, and engagement activities
  • Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs
  • Ensure adherence to hiring processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (any Major) with 0–1 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, campus portals)
  • Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
