Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) Functional Consultant (Onsite- Germany) who can act as a client-facing lead, driving business discussions, workshops, and solution delivery while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary onsite interface between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
  • Lead client discussions, requirement workshops, and solution walkthroughs
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, align priorities, and drive consensus across business and IT
  • Facilitate decision-making sessions, ensuring timely closure of design and execution topics

Your Role
SAP C4C Functional

Hands-on experience in:
  • Scoping and Fine-Tuning
  • Organization structure setup, workflows, approvals, user management
  • Authorization and access control using Business Roles
Strong knowledge in:
  • Sales: Accounts, Activities, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Pricing, Territories
  • Service: Service Tickets, SLA, Service Categories
Experience with:
  • Master Layout / Page Layout configuration
  • Data Workbench activities
  • Analytics (Reports, KPIs, Dashboards)
  • Transport management
Workshops, Communication & Leadership
  • Lead and conduct workshops, demos, and presentations on SAP C4C functionality
  • Communicate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications
  • Drive solution discussions with business users, architects, and integration teams
  • Provide regular status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
  • Co ordination with offshore team for delivery

Required
  • Experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C)
  • Experience in AMS, implementations and/or rollout projects
  • SAP C4C certification preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong client-facing and presentation abilities

Preferred
  • SAP Marketing Cloud, CDC experience
  • Exposure to V2 is good-to-have (not mandatory)
  • Awareness of AI/automation trends in SAP CX
