In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
⦁ Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
⦁ Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience

⦁ Experience in Asset & Wealth management
⦁ Scrum Master with knowledge of Asset Management domain
⦁ Ability to work with basic SQL and data is a must.

Preferred Skill and Experience

⦁ Experience in creating, prioritizing, and maintaining a clear business value–driven backlog of features and user stories
⦁ Experience within Agile methodologies

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
