In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
⦁ Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
⦁ Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience

• Develop requirements, design, build and operational documentation for solution roll out.
• Architect, design & implement Data Encryption and PKI vendor solutions such as Vormetric, Voltage, Safenet – KeySecure, Protegrity, Dataguise ,PrimeKey, Venafi, Symantec and Microsoft PKI.
• Understanding of data-at-rest encryption techniques and methodologies, including database, file, and disk encryption.
• Experience with additional modules of DAM such as Database vulnerability Manager and Encryption are added advantage while these additional skills are not mandatory.
• Knowledge of data discovery, classification, Information rights management, DLP and Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB)
• Knowledge of any scripting language such as PowerShell or python.
• Establish governance & operating model for a large-scale enterprise.
• Good understanding of various regulatory compliances and standards such as PCI- DSS, HIPPA, NIST standards.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Good solid understanding of Information Security concepts.
• Understanding of networking concepts and Windows and Linux OS and familiarity with networks, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and end point security.
• Basic understanding of Web Applications.
• Experience with developing, reviewing, updating Encryption policies for a large-scale enterprise

interface with Key stakeholders and successfully deliver challenging Data Security solution for the client. You are expected to be Very well versed with Data security techniques and controls needed for Data at Rest (Storage, Databases) & Data in Transit/In-Motion. You will be closely working with teams across geographies and will be responsible for negotiating with clients on technical requirements and day-to-day technical transactions, help the offshore team in designing, implementing and maintaining the Data Security solution.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
