Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) RICEF Technical Consultant with knowledge and experience in EBS RICEF changes – PL/SQL, OAF, and APEX. The position will primarily be responsible for supporting application upgrade Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The selected candidate should be able to perform end to end upgrade activities including technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include resolving upgrade issues, developing customizations using PLSQL, supporting product service requests, developing robust scripts to validate RICEF, noting lessons learnt, and sharing domain knowledge with teammates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Location for this position is Anywhere in the USA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Forms, AOL, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow.
- Experience in issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, as well as recommending solutions on complex issues.
- Experience in EBS R12 RICEF technical, Oracle application framework, and Oracle workflow.
- Understanding of catalogue customizations, assessing technical impact, remediate change impact to forms, reports, interfaces, workflows.
- Knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.
- Understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.
- Must have the ability to develop and customize Oracle EBS applications to meet business requirements.
- Must be able to customize and extend Oracle OA framework components for tailored user interfaces and workflows.
- Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Must be able to perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Should have an understanding of EBS modules to support upgrade - should support functional testing and defect fixes.
- Experience with Oracle EBS development and implementation.
- Knowledge Oracle OA framework.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain) is a plus.
- Should be able to work with Oracle to resolve any patch issues.
- Experience in fine tuning jobs that deteriorates in performance upgrade.
- Experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems.
- Experience and desire to work closely with business users and techno-functional team
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
- In CA / CO / D.C. / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / WA: $73,000 to $102,200
- In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
