In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in ERP Cloud implementation lifecycle (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
• Experience in collaborating with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Experience in data migration strategy, planning, and execution for Finance modules.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud PaaS - Integration
• Experience in understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data model across: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA)
• Experience in design and development of BI Publisher (BIP) reports
• Experience in Design and execute data conversion strategies using FBDI and related tools.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP & AR)
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
• Experience in Oracle Apps PL/SQL
• Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / REST APIs.
• Experience in mock conversions, cutover, and go-live support.
• Experience in global delivery model and Agile environments
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Additional Details
For candidates based out of Jersey City, NJ, estimated annual compensation will be $114483 to $147647.
