In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

Experience in SAP FICO configuration and support (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing)
Hands-on experience in SAP AMS (Application Management Services) including support, incident management, and enhancements
Good understanding of business processes and ability to conduct requirement workshops
Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions aligned to business needs
Ability to analyze defects/issues, manage queues, and ensure resolution
Stakeholder collaboration across business and IT teams
Experience working in offshore/onshore delivery model with global teams
Exposure to integration with cross-functional modules (O2C, P2P, SCM)
Knowledge of testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment support
Ability to drive process improvements and best practices

Preferred Skill and Experience

Minimum of two end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including hands-on design and configuration. Functional/technical proficiency with full lifecycle SAP implementations
Functional expertise in several Finance areas including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury
Minimum of two end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, including hands-on design and configuration. Functional/technical proficiency with full lifecycle SAP implementations
Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA finance will be an added advantage Statements/ Reports- P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and MS Excel
Good understanding and experience in Material Ledgers, Project systems and overall integration of FI solution

Must Have Business Qualifications:
Establishing and managing cadence within team and with business teams to review implementation progress
Perform and provide systems and business analysis on enhancements and change in requirements - Documenting business requirements, business process, systems process and systems requirements, systems configuration, systems testing, and systems test scripts
Good understanding of integration with materials management
Knowledge of taxation related to purchasing process and of 1099 process. Integration experience with external tax solution Vertex is a plus.
US and Germany experience is a must with customer facing experience

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Additional Details

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN : $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC : $106,00 to $147,500
