Your Role

As a SAP Factory Lead, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving large‑scale, industrialized SAP rollouts across multiple clusters and geographies. Operating at the intersection of delivery, governance, and stakeholder management, you will be responsible for orchestrating SAP delivery factories to ensure predictable, high‑quality, and scalable deployments.
This role requires a strong blend of SAP delivery expertise, factory‑based operating model experience, and senior stakeholder management. You will be instrumental in establishing standards, driving reuse, optimizing capacity, and ensuring seamless coordination between factories, program leadership, business stakeholders, and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern one or more SAP rollout factories within an industrialized, factory‑based delivery model
• Own end‑to‑end execution of cluster rollouts, ensuring adherence to global templates, standards, and timelines
• Coordinate across multiple factories to ensure synchronized delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact between factory teams, program leadership, regional stakeholders, system integrators, and business units
• Establish and continuously refine factory operating models, delivery playbooks, KPIs, and governance mechanisms
• Ensure optimal resource planning, capacity management, and skills alignment across factories
• Drive reuse of assets, automation, accelerators, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans across factories
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards throughout the rollout lifecycle
• Support transition from pilot deployments to steady‑state, high‑throughput industrialized rollout mode
• Mentor and coach factory managers, workstream leads, and senior consultants to build a strong delivery leadership bench
• Provide transparent status reporting, executive dashboards, and escalation management to senior stakeholders

• Extensive SAP delivery experience, with significant exposure to large, multi‑country or multi‑cluster programs
• Proven experience in factory‑based or industrialized delivery models (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong understanding of SAP global template deployment, rollout governance, and localization strategy
• Hands‑on experience managing multiple parallel SAP deployments at scale

• Demonstrated ability to lead senior, cross‑functional, and geographically distributed teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior business and IT stakeholders
• Experience working with global system integrators, internal delivery teams, and offshore/onshore factories

• Deep understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (Activate, hybrid Agile/Waterfall)
• Strong program management, dependency management, and risk management capabilities
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills under complex delivery conditions

• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, and industrialized DevOps concepts
• Experience with automation, accelerators, test factories, and data migration factories is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating in matrixed, multi‑vendor, and multicultural environments
