In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools
⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
⦁ Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
⦁ Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager. The position will primarily be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or cross functional implementation projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution design, and delivery timelines. This role orchestrates functional, technical, integration, data, and testing workstreams while managing scope, risks, resources, and vendor performance. The selected candidate will be acting as the central point of coordination for stakeholders and the Project Manager drives governance, issue resolution, change management, and cutover readiness, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud. Candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and program control skills. The Oracle Fusion Project Manager ensures high quality outcomes, user adoption, and sustained business value post go live.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience delivering projects across modules such as:
o Finance (GL/AP/AR/FA)
o SCM (Procurement, Inventory, OM)
o HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent)
o Integrations, Reporting, Data Migration
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM
• Oracle Cloud certifications (Finance, SCM, HCM, or OIC)
• Experience with:
o Multi-country Oracle Cloud rollouts
o Integrating Oracle Cloud with CRM, banking, HR, or legacy systems
o EBS/PeopleSoft/SAP to Oracle Cloud migrations
o Data governance, security architecture, and audit frameworks
• Industry knowledge in Foods and Beverages.
• Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models and multi-vendor programs.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
