Infosys is seeking an PLM AI Architect face with stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC or willing to relocate. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Define and lead the AI strategy within Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments, identifying high-value use cases across the product lifecycle — from design intelligence and BOM management to change automation and data quality.
Experience in PLM (Siemens Teamcenter strongly preferred) and in applied AI/ML solution design and delivery.
Architect AI-powered solutions that integrate with Teamcenter's data model, APIs, and Active Workspace — including LLM-based assistants, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent search.
Design and govern AI/ML pipelines that consume PLM data (parts, BOMs, change orders, attachments) and surface insights or automation back into the Teamcenter ecosystem.
Define responsible AI principles for PLM contexts — including model explainability, bias management, data governance, and auditability of AI-driven decisions in regulated engineering environments.
Collaborate with PLM solution architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate PLM process pain points into AI problem statements and viable solution designs.
Evaluate, select, and integrate AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face, Siemens Industrial Copilot) within the PLM technology landscape.
Establish AI architecture standards, reusable patterns, and reference architectures for PLM AI initiatives across the program.
Solid understanding of data models, lifecycle management, and engineering processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
Siemens Teamcenter certifications preferred
Experience in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-Tech
Prior experience in roles such as PLM Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise Architect
Experience supporting US-based clients in large, regulated, or multi-site environments
Define PLM data models, data migration strategies, and master data alignment
Ensure data integrity, performance, scalability, and lifecycle traceability across systems
Collaborate with business, engineering, and IT stakeholders to validate decisions
Work closely with Siemens and other technology vendors to align on product capabilities and roadmaps
Support sales and pursuit teams by contributing to solution architectures, estimates, and technical responses

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirement
