In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
⦁ Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
⦁ Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s threat detection strategy, architecture, and related processes to proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Collaborate with Nu Skin to develop and optimize threat detection rules, algorithms, and models using signature-based, anomaly-based, and machine learning–based techniques to detect both known and unknown threats.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all threat detection and response processes, including procedures, playbooks, rules, and algorithms in Nu Skin’s document repository.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident response and support in coordination with Nu Skin SOC and SOC-as-a-Service vendors.
• Working Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents using Splunk and other available tools.
• Liaise with development, SRE, and NRE teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills :
• Collaborate closely with Tier 2 analysts and the Incident Response (IR) Coordinator to investigate and respond to escalated alerts.
• Leverage threat modeling techniques to identify potential attack vectors, attacker behaviors, and assess the impact of successful attacks.
• Ensure SOC tools are configured to capture relevant and high-quality security telemetry.
• Integrate diverse data sources, normalize event data, and eliminate noise to produce comprehensive and accurate security visibility.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Add details about K Design and implement custom detection rules based on threat modeling and security telemetry, including writing and tuning Splunk correlation searches and reviewing ReliaQuest-deployed models.
• Work with Tier 2 and the IR Coordinator to evaluate detection effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and adapt to evolving threat landscapes.Technical and Domain Skillsey Technical and Domain Skills
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
