Infosys is seeking an OCM Consultant- PLM Human-centered Organizational Change Management Consultant. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for leading and growing a portfolio of PLM change management engagements in a manufacturing and engineering context. You will lead the change elements of sales pursuits from beginning to end, from initial proposal through completion, to provide our clients with innovative high-quality solutions focused on their business needs. You will build and manage the SDC PLM change team, schedule assignments, monitor and review deliverables of project teams and ensure successful delivery and implementation. You will orchestrate all facets of the PLM transformation (process, technology, data, but also key components such as: PLM value realization, product roadmap, user experience and change management, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the solution.
From a Digital Thread standpoint, you should be comfortable working with our clients on their Engineering and Manufacturing transformations. You will be conversant with leading practices for technology adoption within Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing / shopfloor, warehouse, lab, etc. levels.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN or willing to relocate. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
•A genuine commitment to a human-centered, empathetic approach to change.
•Proven experience of delivering PLM business / Manufacturing floor transformations and IT implementations
•Relevant experience in PLM change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness)
•Experience in successfully delivering PLM projects in Client’s Matrix environment (Multiple vendors/teams involved in any single project)
•Strong problem-solving skills with an organized and methodical approach to resolving complex issues.
•Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements
•Comfortable interacting with clients and supplier representatives.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Experience in Discrete Manufacturing, Food &Beverage, Consumer Products, Retail, or other key market verticals
•Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
•Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
•Change Management qualification, preferably Prosci Change Management certification
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the PLM Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programs/projects, and provide program delivery leadership at a senior level
•Lead the growth and development of PLM Human-centered OCM for the Engineering department, taking point within pre-sales activities, including the creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations.
•Lead clients to shape their PLM transformation, in identifying the opportunities for change, the value drivers that will make it successful, and shaping into their change roadmap.
•Take a Human-Centered Approach to PLM organizational change management, focusing on the experiences, needs, emotions and behaviors of the people affected by the change.
•Provide hands-on PLM program and change management capabilities on large scale transformation and change programs for our varied clients.
•Help set the vision, right culture of behaviors, and pace and momentum for change in that business or organization.
•Support the design, implementation and management of transformation offices and the supporting infrastructure, in overseeing and directly change and transformation.
•Articulate a compelling case for change, and coach Change Sponsors (and our own team) on messaging, influence and behavior modelling for their teams.
•Design and delivery of change initiatives such as training, communication enablement, change network enablement, Org design, operating model alignment, cultural embedding, measurement and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:
•Project or Program Management experience in a complex organization, with relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, CSM).
•Certifications or training in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
•Professional experience in client-facing consultancy roles, particularly in software implementation or information technology.
•Experience handling large datasets, utilizing spreadsheets, data manipulation tools, and writing formulas, including expertise in MS Excel, expression writing, vlookup, pivot tables, and PowerBI.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
