In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in multiple projects implementation with Adaptive Insights finance planning.
• Candidate should be techno-functional or functional resource. Functional background must be Finance domain.
• Problem solving skills on day-to-day basis for the issues coming from Adaptive Insights.
• Familiar with Adaptive tool components (attributes, dimensions etc.,).
• Production support - must be able to handle incidents and service requests resolution along with problem solving and must support to the integrations from Adaptive Insights to other HR & finance systems.
• Must be able to provide enhancements / process improvements on Adaptive insights.
• Consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices.
• Analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet-based models).
• Establish connections to various systems and build end to end integrations that will extract, transform and load data into Adaptive Insights.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Leverage prior EPM, CPM, and/or ERP implementation and integrations experience to better advise client on multi-application solutions and technology landscape.
• Ability and interest in solving technical problems in network connectivity, windows account security, ETL, SQL programming, database access, web service calls, APIs, and programming logic.
• Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the Adaptive suite of products.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
