In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant with leadership skills. Consultant will interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Consultant must have the ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. Consultant must also have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.

Consultant will be responsible for maintaining employee payroll data, administer garnishments and maintain the integrity of the system.

Expertise in HCM payroll cloud - payroll processing.
Able to troubleshoot payroll issues and provide resolution.

Loading external deductions and payroll data conversions in HCM payroll cloud.

Expertise in payroll cloud tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade.

Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Oracle HCM cloud.

Candidate should be techno-functional or functional resource and functional background must be HCM domain.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Expertise on North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US.

Responsible for executing all the post payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files being transmitted post payroll to various vendors.

Should be able to interact and work with payroll business.

Demonstrate understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and support existing functionality and integrations with other systems and effectively communicate status to the management team, issue and risk management.

Always adhere to all confidentiality requirements as outlined within operating policies and problem-solving skills on day-to-day basis for the issues coming from Oracle HCM cloud.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
