2937AMOPBC Associate Partner - Business Consulting
Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join the leadership team of our North America Software practice within the CMT sector.
About the Role
You will join the North America CMT leadership team, partnering with Consulting and Sales leadership to drive growth and delivery strategy, and to recruit and build high-performing teams. You will lead client teams responsible for problem definition, solution design, and execution of major transformation initiatives across the software value chain.
As a software industry thought leader, you will lead major programs and serve as a key client-facing advisor. You will shape solutions that solve business problems and increase adoption of Infosys-enabled offerings, operating with autonomy and sound judgment in complex, ambiguous environments.
This role requires skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Core focus areas: Software Lifecycle Management (SLM) and SaaS business model transformation.
- Build and manage senior-level client relationships across software publishers and cloud-native/SaaS companies.
- Executive advisory for COO/CIO/CFO on value case, roadmap, and operating model for SaaS reinvention.
- Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and account expansion.
- Lead proposal development, solution design, and deal shaping for strategic software transformation programs.
Consulting Delivery & Thought Leadership- Lead cross-functional teams delivering transformation engagements with deep functional expertise in 2+ software business domains.
- Software monetization and pricing transformation, including subscription vs. consumption and hybrid models.
- Order-to-Cash transformation for SaaS reinvention (quote-to-cash, billing, revenue recognition, renewals, and collections).
- Agentification of the SaaS model, including agent-ready product/ops design and operating model implications.
- Agents marketplace strategy and execution (governance, onboarding, compliance, commercialization, and ecosystem partnerships).
- Software development strategy (DevSecOps, CI/CD, SBOM readiness, third-party risk, and release governance).
- Advised clients in both corporate capacity and PE-backed firms where market variability may influence exit strategy.
- Develop, publish, and present thought leadership on software market shifts, emerging technologies, and AI-first operating models.
Practice Development- Build reusable assets for software SLM and SaaS transformation (playbooks, accelerators, reference architectures, process models).
- Mentor and develop junior consultants and managers; build a high-performance delivery bench.
- Collaborate with global teams to build domain capabilities and reusable solutions across CMT.
- Strengthen partner ecosystem relationships (ISVs, hyperscalers, billing platforms, and security tooling).
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- 12+ years in consulting/industry with significant experience in the software sector (SaaS preferred).
- Proven leadership in software lifecycle management and/or SaaS operating model transformation.
- Proven track record managing large-scale consulting engagements and senior client relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; strong executive presence.
- Passion for transforming clients’ businesses to unlock measurable value.
- Ability to travel as needed (typically up to 4 days/week) to client locations.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications- MBA or advanced degree preferred; software/hi-tech industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong client-facing skills including executive presentations and advisory-led selling.
- Proven program leadership for multi-workstream transformations (business + technology) with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with SaaS monetization platforms and processes (CPQ, billing, rev rec, renewals) and consumption telemetry/usage rating.
- Experience with AI productization and governance (agent orchestration, model risk, privacy/security, and trust & safety).
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and self-manage; consistently meets deliverables.
Estimated total (base + bonus)annual compensation range for candidates are as indicated below:$280,000 to $406,667
