In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
⦁ Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
⦁ Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
⦁ Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience

D365 CRM and power platform as a Solution or Technical Architect.
Hands-on experience and understanding of D365 Architecture, landscape and design. Experience in Configuration, Customizations using Plugins, Java Scripts, Custom Workflows, Integration APIs, web API, WCF and Model driven apps, power automation, building portal, Canvas apps and Azure services.
Extensive knowledge and experience of CRM modules and Power Apps Portal
Code review and Enhancements
Technical and functional design reviews
Lead a team of developers
Experience working/developing JavaScript, Plugins
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Solution Deployment

Preferred Skill and Experience

Microsoft certifications with deep Dataverse expertise
Strong Azure integration experience (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
Proven enterprise‑scale D365 & Power Platform architecture design experience
Advanced Power Platform ALM & CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub
Expertise in complex integrations with third‑party and line‑of‑business systems
Hands‑on experience with Power Pages, PCF controls, and advanced Canvas Apps
Experience handling data migration, performance tuning, and large Dataverse volumes
Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working in Agile delivery models, governance frameworks, and solution estimation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
