In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience

At least 2 full life cycle project implementations.
Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Lisle, IL or be willing to relocate to any of these locations.

Preferred Skill and Experience

At least 2 full life cycle project implementations.
Strong in-depth experience in sales order, delivery, billing, pricing, SD account assignment and revenue recognition processes and system integration areas.
Cross functional module knowledge.
Able to analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solution.
Identify areas of improvement and share regular feedbacks with the team.
Project experience on Interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems including iDocs, RFCs, BAPI etc.
Ability to read ABAP code and debugging skills is preferred.
Good Analytical, Communication and Presentation skills.
Planning and Co-ordination skills.
Able to work and connect with the team remotely who are located in other geographies.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
