28106SENMF Senior Manager - Sales Effectiveness
Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager – Sales Effectiveness for its Retirement CoE.to help drive sales productivity, win rates, and wallet share through strong analytics, CRM adoption, digital sales enablement, and sales operations excellence.
This is a strategic, high-impact role partnering closely with sales leadership, operations, finance, and technology teams to improve sales processes, decision-making, and execution at scale.
Responsibilities
Sales Effectiveness & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end sales effectiveness programs, from strategy design to execution and leadership communication.
- Support sales leaders in defining and executing sales strategies, plays, and initiatives.
- Drive execution of enterprise sales programs (e.g., SLAM, WINS) to improve conversion rates and deal wins.
- Identify opportunities to increase wallet share from existing clients.
Digital Sales Enablement
- Drive lead generation initiatives using digital and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Increase adoption of social selling tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Implement scalable sales enablement interventions, including short sales play videos and digital learning content.
CRM, Analytics & Platforms
- Drive CRM adoption across sales teams through training, enablement sessions, and leadership engagement.
- Enhance analytical capabilities within CRM systems and Power BI dashboards.
- Lead testing, rollout, and stakeholder feedback for new reports, dashboards, and analytical features.
Sales Operations & Accounts Receivables
- Analyze Accounts Receivables (AR) performance and identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, business units, and IS teams to implement AR process enhancements.
- Provide regular AR insights, alerts, and reports to senior management.
- Drive e-invoicing adoption with top clients to improve DSO and cash collections.
People Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide analysts on analytics, stakeholder management, and business context.
- Review and improve quality of insights and deliverables.
- Encourage collaboration, cross-learning, and capability building within the team.

Education- Engineering Graduate (12+ year's experience) OR
- CA / Tier‑1 MBA (9+ year's experience) OR
- Non‑Engineering Graduate (13+ year's experience)
