The Team

Our Digital Platforms Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

We help globally renowned clients improve their operations by devising strategies and enabling Oracle Cloud capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making and improve operational efficiencies. As part of this team you will have exposure to strategic projects, you will be part of a multi-cultural collaborative team, and you will be able to see your own ideas transform into breakthrough results.

The Role

This is a highly visible role with exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and will require a combination of domain, business process and technical skills as well as deep people skills to have success.

  • You will be the Oracle SCM Cloud implementation lead, responsible for establishing the end-to-end business processes and configuration of Oracle Supply Chain capabilities in Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing & Demand and Supply Planning for a global retail client.

  • You will lead business process design, system setup and demos as well as creation of functional specifications building technical RICE (Reports, Extensions, Integrations and Data Conversion) objects and their validation.

  • You will identify business requirements, translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, build prototypes, create process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), lead testing and training activities, define support procedures and SLAs and support implementations post go-live.

  • You will lead/ participate in development and delivery of service offerings.

  • You will provide insight to new and emerging perspectives and point of views on package enabled transformations as well as emerging products and practices.

  • You will provide patterns, best practices, and white paper on ERP transformation strategy and service offering related areas.

  • You will lead Client proposal development and sales support.

Requirements

  • You must be an experienced business and IT professional/consultant with the requisite Oracle SCM Cloud domain acumen and delivery proficiency to help clients achieve business success by enabling business capabilities.

  • You will have a proven track record of working with large transformational and complex Supply Chain transformation programs.

  • You must have 15+ years of Oracle Supply Chain experience and around 8-10 years of experience across in one or two of the following: Demand to Plan, Order To Cash, Plan to Manufacture, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory & Global Order Promising​​​​​​

  • You must have worked on RFPs and have sales experince.

  • You will have sound knowledge of supply chain management, supply planning, cloud inventory management and/or Oracle Order Management.

  • You will have broad knowledgeable of Supply Chain Cloud, Product Data Hub, Inventory Management Cloud transformations with the experience to deliver and achieve defined project outcomes.

  • You will have sound understanding of Supply Chain Execution concepts and budgeting/costing concepts

  • Manufacturing, Retail, CPG experience is a plus.

  • you will have extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing the EPBCS Planning Forms, Scripts and Business Rules

  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.

  • Ability to travel as/when required.


Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in CA and WA will be $241000 to $300000
