As a Principal Consultant – Healthcare, you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for healthcare clients. You will leverage deep domain expertise to drive digital transformation, enhance member and provider experiences, and lead solution development initiatives. You will also serve as a thought leader, representing Infosys in industry forums and client engagements.

Required Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Lake Oswego, Oregon or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Education.
  • 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
  • Proven experience in solution development, digital transformation, and stakeholder management.
  • Publish whitepapers, blogs, and POVs on emerging healthcare trends and technologies.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and co-create transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead workshops, design thinking sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting engagements and digital transformation programs.
  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end healthcare solutions leveraging AI, analytics, cloud, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and member-centric solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in U.S. healthcare, including Payers (Health Plans), Providers, and emerging care models.
  • Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., CMS, NCQA), and digital health innovations to inform client strategies.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on exp in HEDIS reporting, Star rating.
  • Guide clients through value-based care, population health, member engagement, and care coordination initiatives.
  • Product Management experience
  • Hands-on technical exp – SQL, UI wireframe tools
  • Knowledge of AI landscape
