Principal Business Consultant- Retail Media Network (RMN) Strategy & Product Domain Leader
About the Role
Infosys Consulting is looking at scaling its CPG, Retail practice with Retail Media Network (RMN) as high-growth revenue stream. We are seeking an RMN domain leader who will partner directly with our client Product Leadership Team to shape RMN strategy, accelerate the product roadmap, and unlock new monetization levers across onsite, offsite, and in-store/omnichannel channels.
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategy & Growth (Revenue Ownership Influence)- Build and refine the RMN growth strategy: revenue targets, channel mix, pricing/packaging, and quarterly growth initiatives.
- Identify and size monetization opportunities across onsite (sponsored products, display), offsite (programmatic/social extensions), and in-store/omnichannel formats.
- Develop business cases for roadmap investments, including incremental revenue impact, margin, adoption, and operational readiness.
2) Product Leadership Partnership- Serve as an embedded RMN domain leader with Product: translate market needs into clear product requirements and tradeoffs.
- Drive roadmap clarity: problem statements, PRDs, prioritization frameworks, and measurable release outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and data teams on feasibility, sequencing, and delivery plans.
3) Measurement & Insights (Advertiser Trust)- Define measurement standards and performance reporting narratives (ROAS, incrementality, new-to-brand, audience performance).
- Improve audience and data capabilities leveraging first-party data segmentation and measurement partnerships where appropriate.
- Strengthen closed-loop performance storytelling for brands and internal stakeholders.
4) Commercial Enablement (Brands & Internal Teams)- Partner with Sales/Account teams to build packaging, rate cards, and playbooks by advertiser tier and objective.
- Create repeatable pitch narratives and proof points (case studies, benchmarks, category strategies).
- Collaborate with Legal/Privacy, Finance, and Ops to ensure scalable execution (trafficking, billing, measurement, QA).
5) Operating Model & Governance- Establish RMN business rhythms: weekly pipeline and product syncs, monthly performance reviews, and QBRs.
- Define RMN KPI framework and dashboards: revenue, fill rate, yield, latency, campaign performance, advertiser retention.
- Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements across campaign setup, QA, reporting, and billing.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
- 8–12+ years of experience in Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, or commerce monetization, with exposure to RMN business models.
- Strong ads product strategy background (roadmaps, PRDs, prioritization, experimentation).
- Hands-on understanding of sponsored search/listings, onsite display, offsite activation, and measurement concepts (attribution, incrementality, new-to-brand).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Data, and Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with leading RMN ecosystems and platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger, Instacart, Criteo, CitrusAd, Epsilon, The Trade Desk, Google).
- Understanding of identity and privacy constraints (consent, clean rooms, cookie deprecation implications).
- Beauty/CPG category familiarity and/or brand-side media experience.

- Must be willing and able to travel up to 80%, depending on client requirements
- Location - Hybrid (Chicago, IL) or Remote (US) with travel as needed

Estimated annual Total compensation range for candidates based in US are as indicated below:
Min -$168000 & max-$234000
