Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion GTM (Global Trade Management) Lead Consultant responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Global Trade Management solutions for enterprise clients. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and automated global trade operations. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle GTM implementation projects including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production deployment. Candidate will design GTM modules and develop functional designs in the following areas: BRDs, MD50s, and configuration documents:

• Trade Compliance (Screening, Embargo, License Management)
• Product Classification (HS/ECCN/HTS)
• Global Trade Operations & Logistics
• Export/Import Management
• Customs Filing Integrations.

The selected candidate will have good technical hands on skills in GTM area such as: Workbench configuration and UI customization, GTM Logic Configuration (rules, conditions, qualifiers), good working knowledge of SOAP / REST APIs, GTM inbound/outbound interfaces, integration with Oracle OTM, integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud (Item, Party, Order Objects), XML/CSV/JSON mapping, GTM Data Loader expertise (FBDI, CSV templates), GTM Master Data setup & governance, GTM operational rules like Rule sets, Compliance rules & Screening parameters, Knowledge of BPM workflows, SQL basics for data validation, BI Publisher / OTBI for reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Location for this position is San Ramon, CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

• Must have hands-on working experience on Oracle GTM cloud and deep understanding of various Fusion finance offerings and its relevance to GTM.
• Must have experience on at least 2 end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion GTM solution.
• Must be conversant with the best finance practices in context of Oracle technologies like EBS/fusion
• Must have a commanding knowledge over Oracle GTM out of box offerings and ability to implement various customizations as per business requirements.
• Must be able to create configurations and set ups in Oracle GTM to meet business requirements after completing fit/gap analysis.
• Must be able to guide technical team to build interfaces/integrations/reports as required.
• Must have the ability to create various functional/technical/test plan/test scripts documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OTM will be an added advantage.
• It is preferred that the candidate has previously worked in tech sector companies and has exposure to business flows of such organizations.
• It is preferred that candidate is conversant with Oracle Fusion/R12 EBS applications and/or any other ERP system as well.
