Infosys is seeking an Oracle CX (Fusion Service Cloud) Principal Consultant with experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud, Service Logistics and related modules and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Service Logistics Cloud, complemented by a broad understanding of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, and Oracle Maintenance Cloud. This role will require leading implementations and contributing to different phases of project lifecycle including leading requirements gathering, solution design. The role will play an important role in the configuration, development, and deployment of the Oracle Cloud solution. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. The person will also guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
