Job Description:
Creation of material IDs
Validate quote vs product request
Product categorization
Part number change/ material description change/ OEM code change
Identify and resolve duplications/ issues arising out of material management
Work on 10/30/90 report to identify materials whose prices are expiring and liaise with the sourcing team to update prices.
Ability to understand upstream and downstream processed items and drive effort towards achieving consistent master information across the organization.
Understand upstream and downstream vendor master process and drive effort towards achieving consistent information across ERPs.
Review existing ERP-Sourcing structures and suggest enhancements which will help in increasing the integration between them.
Liaise with cross functional teams and maintain lower queue in the contract compliance dashboard and mailbox
Knowledge of advanced excel functions – VLOOKUP, Pivots, etc.
Knowledge of different sourcing categories and contract lifecycle
Desirable skill set (not mandatory)
Expertise in SAP
Expertise in telecom Industry
Qualifications Basic
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant work experience
