Infosys is seeking an Infor LN Application Developer with exposure to handing ERP LN tools and Infor OS (previously known as Xi). The selected candidate will address user issues, resolve technical problems, manage support tickets, and develop customizations using Infor ERPLN tools. They will also handle product service requests and perform necessary configuration updates. This role requires collaborating with customer process consultants and SMEs, conducting root cause analyses when needed, and driving process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Location for this position is  Anywhere in US.  This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.  U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
  • 3+ years of experience with Infor LN application development and support
  • 2 years of experience in on latest version of Infor ERPLN (On-prem)
  • Proven experience in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions to complex problems 
  • Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and handling customization requests in Infor ERPLN like User Exits, DLLs. Extensions, AFS, Wrappers & DAL2s
  • Experience in Infor ERPLN upgrades, preferably to the latest version of LN studio
  • Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis as well as be able to recommend solution to complex issues.
  • Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.
  • Working knowledge on ION Platform, BI would be advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and desire to work closely with customers.


Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

  • In CA / CO / D.C. / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / WA: $73,000 to $102,200
  • In Washington, DC: $66,100 to $100,200

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
