Infosys is seeking a Financial Business Analyst - In this role, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience as Business Analyst in Banking and Financial domain.
- Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Dallas, TX or Pennington, NJ or be willing to relocate to any of these locations. This position may require travel to project locations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, and derivatives
- Ability to deliver results in a techno-functional role, in an Agile environment, strong experience in SQL programming.
- Experience supporting UAT, including test case creation, data validation using SQL, defect analysis, and business sign‑off.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
- Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases and test scripts.
- Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.
- Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.
- Strong in object-oriented design principles and functional programming.
- Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency, pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based on Pennington, NJ will be Min - $76,145 to Max $98,989.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
