Infosys is seeking for Postgres SQL Administrator experience in Database support activities with experience in Admin activities and experience in Aurora Database. This role requires hands on experience in Postgres SQL with Amazon Aurora Database support activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• At least 3 years of Experience in Postgres SQL, Amazon Aurora Database

• Experience in Postgres SQL, Amazon Aurora Database
• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Database monitoring tools – Cloudwatch, Dynatrace, Zabbix , Foglight etc
• Shell scripting – Linux
• Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
• Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
• Experienced in running operations following ITIL processes.
• Experience with leading geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
  

• Excellent communication skills.
• Certifications in Postgres SQL , Aurora Database
• ITIL V3/V4 foundation certified.
• Ability to quickly grasp user’s technical aspects.
• MS SQL admin
• Punctual & Process oriented.
• Relationship building with customer and stake holders.
