Infosys is seeking a Data Analyst with AI. In this role, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
• Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA.
• Experience with AWS, AWS Bedrock APIs/libraries coding.
• Experience with Cloud and AI.
• Experience in developing data models and mapping rules to transform raw data into actionable insights and reports.
• Experience in collaborating with the analytics and business teams to understand their requirements, with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and standards.

• Ability to analyze and draw succinct conclusions to present findings.
• Should have rich experience on Middle office and back-office operations.
• Should have worked to gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Good exposure to Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.
