Infosys is seeking a Core Banking Business Analyst. As a consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Location for this position is Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ or Johnston, RI. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in FIS IBS Core Banking Product implementation.
• Strong understanding of FIS IBS modules their functionalities.
• Experience in the below modules is MUST HAVE:

1. Banking as a Service (BaaS)
2. Accounting and Reporting
3. Deposits and Lending Module
4. API Integration
5. Enterprise Payments
6. Risk Fraud and Compliance
7. Treasury and Cash Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Atleast 4 years of experience in FIS IBS Core Banking Product implementation.
• Detailed knowledge in the Core, Deposit, Lending and Integration modules of Core Banking.
• Configure the system, manage data conversions, conduct testing, and train end-users to ensure a successful implementation of the IBS platform.
• Functional expertise in Enterprise Core Banking Software
• Working Knowledge of Oracle PLSQL. RPG skills are an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Incident management and stakeholder management.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting, Configuration management, testing and Data analysis.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Perform all responsibilities in accordance with Client’s Competencies and Information Protection requirements.
• Lead team with design of technical solutions to meet business requirements covering Mortgage origination process and interface design
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based on Pennington, NJ will be Min - 76,145 to Max -98,989.
