Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP GTS E4H Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

  • Location for this position is Spring, TX. This position may require travel to project / client locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Act as the primary point of SAP GTS track for clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross functional SAP or ERP knowledge with an ability to handle and manage a team onshore and offshore with SAP functionals and technical consultants.
  • Lead coordination with other functional and technical teams to ensure effective integrated solution.
  • Track and report on track performance, using KPIs
  • Identify any pain points / gap in the existing SAP GTS process/solution and deliver efficient and feasible solution to fix the same.
  • Manage design, build, testing, deployment and support processes in the project
  • Lead the automations to improve the SAP GTS solution efficiency
  • Support the planning and execution of releases, upgrades, and cutover activities related to SAP GTS
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP GTS solution.

Required Qualifications:
  • Should have in depth knowledge of SAP GTS 11.0 and aware of SAP GTS E4H
  • Experience in transformation from SAP GTS to its higher version. Preferably from SAP GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS E4H
  • Duty draw back
  • Support pack Level related knowledge
  • Must have experience between 11+ years of SAP GTS experience where around 8-10 years of SAP GTS 11.0 experience with minimum 10+ years as Solution Architect
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the Sr. Managers and Directors levels
  • Must have Experience working with Nearshore and Offshore Delivery teams

This job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
