Role Description: Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies? We’re looking for a Principal Consultant - Agile Kanban to join our team.
The Transformation Program Lead is a key leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery orchestration across transformation initiatives. The role works closely with Client stakeholders, Infosys delivery teams, architects, SMEs, operations, product, and technology teams to translate program objectives into executable delivery plans. The Transformation Program Lead ensures governance, delivery cadence, stakeholder alignment, risk and dependency management, and measurable outcome tracking across AI-led, ServiceNow-enabled, assurance transformation workstreams.

Salary: AUD 150,742– 171,215 Annual Gross

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery planning and execution for program transformation initiatives across agreed workstreams, drops, milestones, and benefit outcomes.
- Translate Client Program objectives into integrated delivery plans, covering scope, schedule, dependencies, RAID items, actions, and measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-entity planning across Client SE&IT, Data & AI, Product, Architecture, Operations, business stakeholders, third-party teams, and Infosys delivery teams.
- Establish and run structured governance forums including working team cadences, status reviews, risk reviews, dependency reviews, and leadership updates.
- Maintain and govern delivery artifacts such as integrated plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, Jira boards, Confluence pages, program dashboards, and status packs.
- Identify, track, and manage critical dependencies including architecture alignment, security and compliance readiness, data quality, system integration readiness, operational requirements, and business signoffs.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Client and Infosys teams by providing clear communication, timely escalation, impact assessment, mitigation options, and recommended actions.
- Support adoption and change enablement by ensuring transformation delivery complements existing business processes and avoids unnecessary disruption to operational teams.
- Track delivery progress against expected transformation outcomes such as automation adoption, reduced manual effort, improved turnaround time, better operational consistency, improved data readiness, and enhanced customer and employee experience.
- Provide concise leadership reporting on milestone progress, risks, dependencies, KPI movement, benefit realization, decisions required, and next-step recommendations.
Skills & Experience- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise transformation, technology delivery, or client-facing program execution in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Strong experience in program delivery leadership, delivery governance, executive reporting, RAID management, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience working in telecom, ServiceNow, ITSM, assurance, AI/automation, or enterprise workflow transformation programs is preferred.
- Ability to operate as the bridge between transformation strategy and delivery execution, ensuring that business priorities are converted into actionable plans and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Agile, drop-based delivery, backlog planning, milestone tracking, release readiness, operational handover, and benefits realization tracking.
- Experience coordinating architects, SMEs, product owners, business teams, operations, technology teams, and vendor delivery teams toward common program outcomes.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex delivery issues for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving delivery environment while maintaining structure, transparency, and outcome focus.
- Pragmatic delivery approach with good judgment to balance program objectives, business constraints, technology dependencies, compliance needs, and operational readiness.
