Infosys is seeking Project Coordinator. As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for Cisco SDLAN infrastructure project planning, Forecasting, Build, testing, deployment, hypercare and transition to operations group. Candidate should have ability to oversee SDLAN migration program, analytical ability to identify risk, mitigation plans, coordinate with various groups of people from procurement to decommission stages. Additionally, translate business needs into robust, scalable Network solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, AB or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:- At least 5 years in Information Technology with experience as Project coordinator in Network projects comprising LAN/WAN Routing and Switching, SDN, Wireless Campus LAN, etc. Technologies.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Network infrastructure LAN/WAN Routing and Switching, SDN, Wireless Campus LAN, etc.
- Experience in running operations/project with ITIL processes / Project coordination – PMP/Prince2
- Strong client communication, analytical and team management skills.
- Excellent Project Planning and Execution skills
- Excellent Project Management and Control
- Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
- Good experience in the global delivery model.
- Complete Network Infrastructure knowledge.
Areas of Responsibilities:- Governance: Enforce project management standards
- Coordination: Align local/global activities, CMDB, billing
- Risk & Issue Management: Maintain overall risk registers
- Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs and timelines
- Knowledge Management: Maintain centralized documentation
- Documentation: Manage trackers, change logs
- Asset Inventory tracking in line with the BOM, coordinate storage of spare assets
- Coordinate onboarding & offboarding (Brownfield Sites) of the assets in CMDB
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
