Infosys is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for its Energy Vertical. The person will lead strategic client engagements, drive business growth, manage executive relationships, and oversee delivery governance within assigned Energy industry accounts. The Senior Engagement Manager will work closely with delivery leaders, practice teams, and business stakeholders to expand Infosys' footprint, drive transformational programs, and ensure successful business outcomes. Typically, the role manages a portfolio with significant revenue responsibility and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management & Growth: Build and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders across Energy clients, identify growth opportunities, and own the opportunity lifecycle from prospecting through closure.
• Business Development: Drive revenue growth through consulting-led sales, account mining, cross-selling, upselling, and strategic pursuit initiatives.
• Engagement & Delivery Governance: Partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution of commitments, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business outcomes.
• Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute account growth plans, including stakeholder mapping, pipeline development, pricing strategy, and long-term business expansion.
• Industry Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on business and technology transformation initiatives within the Energy sector.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders across client organizations.
• Own revenue growth, bookings, pipeline generation, and profitability targets within assigned Energy accounts.
• Drive large transformation pursuits and manage deal cycles with TCVs ranging from multi-million-dollar opportunities to strategic enterprise programs.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 14+ years of experience with significant sales, client relationship management, account management, or consulting experience.
• Strong experience working with Energy industry clients, including Utilities, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Power Markets, or Energy Services.
• Proven business development and large account growth experience.
• Demonstrated track record of building relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Experience leading complex pursuit cycles, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and executive presentations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing large-scale IT services, digital transformation, or consulting engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Deep understanding of Energy industry trends, operating models, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of Energy sector digital transformation solutions, including smart grids, asset management, operational technologies, sustainability platforms, renewable integration, and energy trading ecosystems.
• Global Delivery Model experience.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and large multi-year transformation programs.
• Strong track record of growing strategic client relationships and expanding account revenue.
• Experience working with Utilities, Oil & Gas majors, Renewable Energy firms, or Energy technology providers.
