In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Competencias y experiencia requeridas

• Experience in complex SAP environments.
• 2+ full lifecycle S/4HANA BTP migration or conversion projects completed.
• Experience with Information Technology.
• Designing and implementing cloud-native integration solutions using SAP BTP services.
• Rebuilding, refactoring, and optimizing legacy PI/PO interfaces and workflows for deployment on SAP BTP.
• BTP Fiori OData Services development experience and Integration suite experience.
• Leading technical discovery, gap analysis, and solution mapping to ensure seamless migration and business continuity.
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to define governance, DevOps, and operational support models for cloud-based integration.
• Supporting post migration operations including monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of integration solutions.
• Experience in performance matrix and troubleshooting requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting.

• This role requires a strong understanding of SAP integration technologies, cloud migration projects, and the ability to work with leading solution providers. It is a strategic adviser and architect role with a focus on enterprise technology, finance, supply chain, and IT.

• Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities and decommissioning of systems during the upgrades and Migrations.
• Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes.
• Knowledge of Transport Management concepts and processes.

Requisitos adicionales obligatorios

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Información adicional

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN : $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC : $66,500 to $100,300
