Job Description

• Network Engineer / Network Consultant (Cisco IOS/NX-OS, ACI, F5 LTM, Infoblox, Network TAP)

Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer/Consultant responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and troubleshooting enterprise and data center network infrastructure. The role requires hands-on expertise in Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Cisco ACI, F5 LTM, Infoblox DDI, and Network TAP solutions to support business-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
Cisco Routing & Switching (IOS/NX-OS)

• Configure, deploy, and support Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches.
• Manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure, including:
• VLANs
• STP/RSTP/MST
• EtherChannel/VPC
• OSPF
• BGP
• HSRP/VRRP
• Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and network optimization.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Cisco ACI

• Deploy and administer Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).
• Configure and manage:
• Fabric Policies
• Tenants
• VRFs
• Bridge Domains
• EPGs
• Contracts
• L3Out
• Implement multi-tenant network architectures.
• Troubleshoot ACI fabric, APIC controllers, and endpoint connectivity issues.

F5 LTM Administration

• Configure and manage F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM) environments.
• Create and maintain:
• Virtual Servers
• Pools
• Health Monitors
• iRules
• SSL Profiles
• Perform application load balancing and traffic optimization.
• Support SSL offloading and application availability requirements.

Infoblox DDI Management

• Administer DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) services.
• Manage DNS zones, DHCP scopes, and IP allocation policies.
• Maintain IP inventory and address planning.
• Troubleshoot DNS and DHCP-related issues.
• Implement DNS security and best practices.

Network TAP & Monitoring Infrastructure

• Deploy and manage Network TAP devices and packet broker solutions.
• Support network visibility and traffic monitoring platforms.
• Coordinate TAP installation, maintenance, and firmware upgrades.
• Analyze packet captures using tools such as Wireshark.
• Ensure optimal traffic distribution to monitoring and security tools.

Operations & Support

• Handle incident, change, and problem management activities.
• Prepare and maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and implementation plans.
• Participate in maintenance activities and after-hours support when required.
• Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams.

• Industry certifications preferred:
• CCNP Enterprise / CCNP Data Center
• CCIE (Preferred)
• Cisco ACI Specialist
• F5 Certified Administrator (CA)
• Infoblox Certified Professional

• Experience working in large enterprise or managed services environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
