The role focuses on aligning technology initiatives with business outcomes, leading multi-system integration, legacy modernisation, and data transformation programs across complex environmentsLocation: Melbourne ,Australia
Salary: 150742-171215 AUD Total Gross

Feel free to connect with your recruiter to learn more about how this works in practice.Roles and Responsibilities:- - Lead end-to-end transformation programs from strategy through execution
- - Define target architecture, roadmap, and delivery strategy aligned to business goals
- - Drive multi-system integration initiatives
- - Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- - Lead workshops, design sessions, and governance forums
- - Manage delivery including timelines, RAID, dependencies, and KPIs
- - Lead distributed teams and implement Agile/SAFe and DevOps practices
- - Ensure compliance with architecture and governance standards
Essential:- - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- - 15+ years of experience in IT transformation or solution delivery
- - Proven experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- - Understanding of integration, APIs, and cloud technologies
- - Experience in stakeholder management and governance
Preferred Qualifications:- - Experience in Telecom (OSS/BSS, fulfilment, activation)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab
- Agile/SAFe certifications
