In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
⦁ Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
⦁ Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
⦁ Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
⦁ Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
⦁ Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
⦁ Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
⦁ Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Competencias y experiencia requeridas

Strong hands on experience in customizing SAP Commerce (Hybris) based e-Commerce Applications, SAP Commerce CMS and e-commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products)

Competencias y experiencia deseadas

Experience in Product modelling, catalog structure and workflow

· SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementation experience with SAP integration with backend

· SAP Commerce implementation experience with Data hub and CPQ is advantage

· Hands on experience in developing a highly scalable REST/SOAP web-services based systems

· Hands on experience in publishing and consuming web services

· Solid knowledge of web technologies such as Java, J2EE Application Servers, Spring, Portal Applications and Standards, Content Management Systems, AJAX, JavaScript and XML technologies

• Deep understanding of Digital Service and Customer Experience

• Should actively participate in communication with business stakeholders and also participate in all SDLC lifecycles.

• Provide subject-matter expertise on SAP Commerce e-commerce to ensure successful delivery and operations.

• Should be capable of reviewing the work done by team members and guide them in complex issues.

• Drive the business to launch new products that are designed with a digital service first model

· Stakeholder Management

• Expertise in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness and influencing across teams and departments

• Drive awareness of customer experience in digital services to ensure they are promoted with customers

Requisitos adicionales obligatorios

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
