Responsibilities:

  • Support GraphTalk system migration activities, including system understanding, code analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with offshore development teams to support migration, integration, and testing cycles.
  • Participate in system understanding, development support, and defect fixing during migration and stabilization phases.
  • Support testing cycles including SIT / UAT, scenario validation, and issue tracking.
  • Assist in BAU activities such as production issue analysis, minor enhancements, and system maintenance.
  • Act as local Taiwan-based support to ensure knowledge retention and long-term system sustainability.


Skills / Competencies:

  • Strong programming background in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Experience in system development, migration, or integration projects.
  • Solid understanding of database concepts (SQL, Oracle preferred).
  • Good understanding of SDLC and system lifecycle processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot system issues.


Additional Skills:

  • Exposure to financial services or insurance systems is a plus.
  • Experience in production support, BAU maintenance, or legacy systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially working with offshore teams.
  • Mandarin / Taiwanese language capability is preferred.
