Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Senior Network Analyst to join our team.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain CISCO switches, firewall,routers and Wifi.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Implement security policies and network best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize network infrastructure.
• Document processes and configurations.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of CISCO network technologies.
• Experience with PMI and ITIL project management methodologies.
• Skill in configuring and maintaining CISCO switches, firewall, routers and Wifi.
• Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto network technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Relevant CISCO certifications (CCNA, CCNP).
