In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
⦁ Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
⦁ Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Competencias y experiencia requeridas

•Hands-on experience in platform administration across Hive Metastore, Azure, AWS, and Databricks, with strong exposure to managing large-scale data platforms.
•Experience in Azure services including Blob Storage, ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory (ADF), AKS, and Azure Active Directory, along with hands-on experience in Databricks, Unity Catalog, Key Vault, Hive Metastore, and AWS services (EC2, S3, EKS, IAM).
•Experience in DevOps and automation, leveraging tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow, and GitHub for efficient platform management and deployment.
•Experience working with modern data platforms and tools including Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), NiFi, Hive, Confluent Kafka, and Starburst.

Competencias y experiencia deseadas

•Experience working with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients, with a strong understanding of domain-specific data and business requirements.
•Relevant certifications in Apache ecosystem, Microsoft Azure, and Databricks are preferred.
•Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, including data governance, access control, and metadata management across enterprise data platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
