Your role
In the role of Technology Analyst, you will act as a primary developer om applications. You will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to develop and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required
• In depth knowledge of banking & Infrastructure technology is essential and experience of working with cross functional team
• Good stakeholder management capability and worked with Senior Management
• Requires strong ethical conduct and business acumen.
• Requires strong data analysis, analytical and organizational skills.
• Must exhibit a significant level of trust and diplomacy in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
• Must maintain current knowledge and understanding of industry trends and practices in the areas of audit, compliance, and risk management.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work will require extensive personal contact with others.
• Subject matter expertise in IT operations & security control domains such as cloud security, application security, change management, disaster recovery, datacenter operations, information security and networks.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation and organizational skills including the ability to exercise influence with or without direct management responsibility.
• Proficiency of multiple security, IT Compliance and auditing standards and regulatory requirements including but not limited to, NESA, GDPR, MAS, HKMA, NIST 800-53, COBIT, ISO 27001, OWASP, ITILv3, CSA. Review and appraise policies and procedures for strict compliance with established internal policies and procedures and external regulations as well as safeguarding of all assets.
• Recommend changes and improvements to audit engagement procedures or FAB Information Security and IT policies.
• Develop and present an annual risk assessment for the purpose of identifying and prioritizing potential audits and area of improvement.
• Manage ISO Internal & external audits engagement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, depth of knowledge, applicability, and to best utilize available resources and achieve established objectives.
• Communicate any internal control weakness and recommendation for complying with findings and legal requirements to Head of Service.
• To analyze, review and track the closure of vulnerabilities assigned to all ISO either for UAE or International (Managed by HO)
• Analyzing and deep diving on the technical aspect of vulnerabilities and then assigning to the relevant teams for remediation.
• Conducting weekly meetings with each country to update about the current status of vulnerabilities, alerting them about their pending actions, supporting them for closures.
• Responsible to update Phoenix & Phoenix Secure dashboard like updating action plan, target dates, assignees, fixed issues etc. in JIRA.
• Provide progress weekly updates on VA remediation to IT RISK, Program/Project Manager and Service Heads and escalating any challenges/roadblocks.
• Coordinating with GSO for scanning status, assets coverage and false positives/reopened vulnerabilities by sharing those evidences or any identified gaps as and when required.
• Validate Coordinating with IT Risk for any incorrect assignment of vulnerabilities.
• Coordinating with different Domain teams (Infra HO team) for Vulnerabilities assigned to them for remediation of all vulnerabilities, updating target dates and action plan.
• Prioritizing the closures for regulatory requirements respectively by working closely with all teams
• Preparing and sharing reports for VA to different teams as and when required.
• Work closely with IT tech team for any change implementation support required related with vulnerabilities.
